Daniel Haziot
PartnerDaniel grew up in France and studied Mathematics at Yale. He built and runs a staffing firm that has placed hundreds of software developers, which is where he learned how hiring actually works, and where it breaks. He speaks four languages and, outside work, is usually traveling or with his dog, Rex.
PartnerDavid Fischer
David studied Computer Science and Economics at Yale. He has built tech companies himself: two internet startups launched and exited, and most recently an AI company he founded. He knows the problems Haziot Fischer takes on because he's spent his career inside them.
